OUR INVESTMENTS
Aventis acquires under-managed multifamily buildings with below market rents in the Bay Area. The company has a long-term, buy and hold strategy. It does not flip buildings, rely on near-term appreciation or require continued low interest rates for the success of its model. Aventis does not take development or entitlement risk.
Aventis matches its capital stack with its hold period through the use of long-term fixed-rate financing. This, combined with below the market rent rolls assumed at acquisition, create an investment profile in which most of the risks traditionally associated with real estate investments are taken off the table.
